Winemaker's Tasting NotesA single vineyard wine showing great depth of flavour and finesse. Bright straw-green in colour, with complex aromas of peach, nectarine and citrus. Wild yeast fermentation and maturation in French oak barriques has produced a finely textured palate with a refreshing minerality on a long persistent finish.
The palish colour is very restrained and the powerful aroma packs nougat and grapefruit nuances with some tropical notes. It's rich and concentrated on the palate, powerful and extravagantly fruity, yet the palate retains refinement and restraint. A sensational wine, with a great future.

A beautiful wine that strikes a balance between a linear modern style and the traditional power of Margaret River. It harnesses things so superbly. Minerally nectarine, white peach and wild yeast-infused cashew characters. The palate is brilliantly liear but with a driving intensity. Some nice smoky characters on the finish.
Intense fruit bouquet with passionfruit overtones. Lovely seamless mouth-watering melon and passionfruit flavours layered and balanced by the oak and the acid.
