A single vineyard (Wildberry Springs) wine showing great depth of flavour and finesse. Bright straw-green in colour, with complex aromas of nectarine and citrus. Wild yeast fermentation and maturation in French oak has produced a finely textured palate with refreshing minerality on a long persistent finish. Awarded 4.5 stars in the Best of the West tasting, Winestate 2012. This wine is showing excellent potential to develop further with bottle age.

This is the First Vintage of an exciting new sweet white wine, vintaged entirely from Margaret River’s most highly regarded white grape – Chardonnay.
The bouquet is lifted with nectarine, peach, citrus and floral notes. The well balanced palate is lively and vibrant with intense citrus and stone fruit flavours. A touch of minerality adds to a crisp refreshing finish. A relatively low level of alcohol is an added bonus in this delicious wine.
